The safety of your employees is our priority.
The safety of your employees is important when they have to maneuver ladders or steps. Each year in Quebec, more than 845 accidents are due to falls at height.
WHAT DO STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS SAY?
Ladders and ladders must conform to CAN3 Z11-M8 portable ladders. The equipment used for construction and industry shall be of Class 1. The applicable regulations for this type of equipment are:
Regularly inspect ladders and steps for any breakages, defects or defects
correct (section 51(5) of the OHSA)
Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (S-2. 1 r.19.01)
Safety code for construction (S-2. 1 r,6)
These provisions may vary by location, type of site and nature of work.

In case of breach of any of these rules, the CNESST could stop the work and the culprits will be liable
of criminal proceedings.
